3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Types

LuaCorp offers different account types:

• Free Account: Basic access to platform features
• Premium Boost ($1/month): Enhanced visibility and priority support
• Featured Account ($2/month): Top placement, premium badge, and advanced features

4. Developer Obligations

If you register as a developer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and qualifications
• Deliver quality work that meets the project requirements
• Communicate professionally and responsively with clients
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines unless otherwise negotiated
• Not share client information or project details without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Client Obligations

If you hire developers through our platform, you agree to:

• Provide clear and accurate project requirements
• Pay agreed-upon amounts according to the escrow agreement
• Communicate professionally and provide timely feedback
• Review completed work within reasonable timeframes
• Release payment promptly upon satisfactory completion

6. Payments

6.1 Zero Commission Policy

LuaCorp does not charge any commission or service fees on projects between clients and developers. You keep 100% of your earnings. Our revenue comes solely from optional Featured Plans and premium account upgrades.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are handled directly between clients and developers. Lua Corporation does not process, hold, or manage project payments. We recommend using secure payment methods and milestone-based payments for larger projects.

7. Payment Independence

Lua Corporation serves as a marketplace connecting clients and developers. All payment negotiations, methods, and transactions are handled independently between the parties. We recommend clear written agreements and milestone-based payments for protection.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Circumvent the platform's payment system
• Share login credentials or transfer accounts
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of our platform
• Spam or solicit users for external services

9. Content and Intellectual Property

9.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By posting content, you grant LuaCorp a license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

9.2 Platform Content

All platform features, design, and functionality are owned by LuaCorp and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users:

• Users should first attempt to resolve issues directly
• LuaCorp may offer mediation services upon request
• Payment disputes are between client and developer as we don't handle transactions
• We recommend clear agreements and documentation to prevent disputes
• Serious violations of terms may result in account suspension

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Receive multiple complaints from other users
• Remain inactive for extended periods

12. Limitation of Liability

LuaCorp acts solely as a marketplace platform connecting clients and developers. We are not responsible for:

• Quality of work delivered by developers
• Actions or conduct of platform users
• Payment disputes or non-payment issues
• Disputes between users
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Any financial transactions between users

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
